| The picture below is of a piece of wood flooring we tried to repair for a customer who had the builder install their wood floors. They did not use moisture protection and did not prep the floor properly, this caused the wood flooring to become loose after to first rains came and the concrete slab became wet. The floor could not be saved it was only nine months old. Moisture Barriers should always be used no matter what, if a contractor tries to tell you he will test the concrete he is doing you wrong, moisture can show up anytime later and ruin your wood floor, We use only moisture barrier systems that match the wood floor glues we use, this way you get the full protection from the wood glue manufacture for your wood flooring. We are also fixing or finishing other installers jobs, customers went with their low bids and inexperience to save money only to get a bad installation or even ripped off! CALL US IF YOU WANT THE BEST!!! DON'T TAKE A CHANCE ON NOT HAVING MOISTURE PROTECTION. The customer below is currently are suing the builder ! |
