      We are family owned and operated for over 30 years, all our  
    crews have been trained by Carl Hoff the owner. Our crews use
    only top of the line setting materials and methods for our
    installations. On wood floors over concrete we never install wood  
    flooring without moisture protection, the concrete floors can be dry
    now but later during rains and water pipe breaks, floors can  
    become wet and ruin your new floor, we never have floor failures,  
    We also sand and vacuum  all floors to remove dirt and debris that
    can cause  adhesion failures including tile and stone installations.
    We use  only the setting materials recommended by the floor  
    manufactures. Other installers will quote lower prices only to use
    inferior setting materials and sloppy prep. We haul all trash away
    we produce and leave our  work area clean each day. We give
    you a complete written estimate of your installation cost and the
    materials needed for your job.
          We have a Contractor Lic. #558183 in  classifications   
    C-15, wood,carpet,vinyl and C-54 tile and stone, plus a       
    $1,000,000.00 liability insurance and other insurance
    policies.
